Managed Instances
From the main navigation select Hub Management > Instances.
Quick Filters
The quick filters make it easier to find specific instances when you are working with many items. You can show instances with errors or warnings, only connected or disconnected instances, and only licensed or unlicensed instances. Use Tags when you want to filter by environment, team, or any other tag convention you use.
Per-Instance Actions
Each instance has an Actions menu with options to:
- Edit Details: Customize the instance title or description
- Edit Tags: Apply tags such as organization, dept or environment.
- Add To Dashboard: Add the instance to the dash.certifytheweb.com dashboard
- Remove From Hub: Remove (forget) the instance from the hub.
- Settings: Navigate to the target instance settings.
Use Remove From Hub carefully, because it deletes that joined instance from hub management and related tags, role assignments etc. To permanenetly remove an instance remove the hub joining key from the target instance first so it cannot rejoin by itself.
