Managed Instances
From Certificates > Summary select the Managed Instances count tile. This opens Management Hub > Instances.
Layout
At the top of the page, you will see a results summary showing how many instances are currently displayed. Search by name or description, and apply quick filters. You can also filter by tag when you need to focus on a specific group of instances.
Quick Filters
The quick filters make it easier to find specific instances when you are working with many items. You can show instances with errors or warnings, only connected or disconnected instances, and only licensed or unlicensed instances. Use Tags when you want to filter by environment, team, or any other tag convention you use.
Per-Instance Actions
Each instance has an Actions menu with options to edit details (like a custom title or description), edit tags, add the instance to the dash.certifytheweb.com dashboard, or remove it from the hub. Use Remove From Hub carefully, because it deletes that joined instance from hub management.
